New Concept Travel was founded by Bernard Bialylew who has 40 years’ experience in the Travel and Tourism industry and Malcolm Lindop whose achievements in the UK travel scene have been outstanding. Company's philosophy is to provide land services to Travel Agents around the world at the utmost level of service and at the most competitive costs.  

All staff have long experience in all the Far Eastern markets, coordinators in Europe speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, very soon Thai and of course English.    

The head office in Hong Kong is the doorway to the world. The team is very tightly knit and responds very fast to all queries.    

Along with the Hong Kong head office and London support office, NCT has sales offices in Jakarta, Bangkok (for Thailand, Cambodia Laos & Myanmar) and Seoul, Sales Managers in Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, Manila, Hanoi, Kuala Lumpur, Bordeaux and Belgrade (for East Europe and the Balkans) plus Representative Companies in India, Dubai (GCC States & Egypt), Moscow (Russia, CIS & Baltics), Italy and Japan which are promoting our products.
